Waking up is hard to do: Qi Juice

I love coffee, but when I’m out of half and half I just can’t drink it.  That doesn’t happen often, but when it does, please let me have a lemon!  I have found that our wonderful Qi Juice is the perfect stand-in for coffee in the morning to wake me up and get me moving!

Of course, there are some other really amazing reasons to sip on Qi Juice through out your day, even if you have plenty of cream for your coffee.  Also called the Master Cleanser, Chi Juice keeps your body in proper alkaline balance, tonifies the Spleen Meridian, as well as boosting qi.  Here’s how to make it:

  • 1 quart of water
  • 4 lemons (or 2 lemons, 2 limes), pulp and all
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 1 tsp honey (or stevia to taste)

Mix the ingredients in pitcher, and sip on it all day!  You can enjoy this drink cold, hot, or at room temperature.
