There is plenty of information about how to be healthy through diet and exercise but the exercise partĀ of health is so much easier than the diet part of it.

Since that’s the case, and it really IS the case, watch this video about the benefits of walking to encourage yourself in making an effort towards living. Ā Basically, the information points to one truth: Ā If you walk, you live. Ā If you don’t walk, you die.

It’s so simple and so provable that it’sĀ a wonderĀ why every single one among us doesn’t do it!

One of the very first programs we added for our patients at Heavenly Bodies Clinic was an exercise program that included our signature “Butt Walk.”

It looks like this: Squeeze your shoulder blades together; Squeeze your butt cheeks together; Squeeze (okay, Pull) your naval to your spine; Take shallow breaths and walk–you’ll see that with all those muscles squeezed, your steps will be smaller than a normal walking stride.

One trip around the block, 30 minutes, for one week, and you’ll be one size smaller!

Or, if size isn’t an issue for you, adjust your shoulders so you’re upright and take long happy strides around the block, without all that squeezing. Ā Either way, you’ll soon feel more alive than ever!
