Schedule a Thai massage this week and receive a 10% discount. Thai Massage is an incredible tool to help you handle the “winter blues.” During the cold winter months, your body goes into a more contractive state.

  • During the winter months you may experience:
  • Stiff and/or achey muscles and joints
  • Difficulty getting moving in the morning
  • Sadness or depression
  • Increase in sugar or caffeine cravings
  • A deep sense of cold or feeling cold “to the bone”

Thai Massage is a wonderful healing tool to even out the contractive state that winter ignites in your body.

Because Thai Massage is a deep energetic and physical healing treatment, it can balance your mood and general state of well being in addition to physically stretching and lengthening your muscles and increasing your circulation.

The combination of deep tissue bodywork, stretching, acupressure and systematic working of the Sen (energy) lines all helps to balance your body and improve your health. Thai Massage is a wonderful tool to combat the “winter blues.”

We are experts in the use of acupuncture to treat chronic back pain; acupuncture for neck pain; acupuncture to treat infertility; acupuncture for weight loss; acupuncture detox cleansing; cosmetic acupuncture; and Thai massage.  Our Arlington-based Northern Virginia acupuncture clinic has openings every day for new patients.  Contact us today.

I’ve had migraines since I was 3 and tried a lot of meds — some work, some don’t. I had a series of Acupuncture treatments with Dr. Ana and Cranial Sacral Therapy with Tammy and to my surprise the frequency has dramatically decreased. Thanks!

We have confidence in acupuncture’s ability to treat migraines because in our Northern Virginia acupuncture clinic our patients get significant relief from sometimes years and years, as in your case Bill, of severe suffering from the intense pain that can accompany migraines. Many people are able to white-knuckle it through the pain and continue with their lives. Others simply lay in a dark room, with total silence, socially isolated. For everyone it is a constant worry that becomes a time consuming search trying many different avenues before coming to acupuncture. I’m so glad that you are doing well. I know the minute you hear someone say they have migraines you’ll be heartfully recommending acupuncture.
