Cranial Sacral therapy and acupuncture with Dr. Tammy helped me readjust to daily life after a year-long volunteer mission abroad. I really needed to regain my mental-emotional strength, adjust to life back in the US, and rest. I continue with treatments to maintain a strong mental-emotional, spiritual and physical balance.
