STOP! Don’t Take Growth Hormone for Bone Density.

A  recent  study  from Sweden talks glowingly about improved bone density and fewer fractions from women taking Human Growth Hormone: “A decade after the study began, the women who received the larger growth hormone dose still had higher bone mineral density levels than the participants who received the lower dose or the placebo.”

Given what Human Growth Hormone does, I guess HGH could support bone health.  But, keep reading past that, to the part where the Harvard Medical Journal reports the side effects of adults taking HBH.  It’s enough to give you pause.

You might even be thinking what I’m thinking: Give me an alternative!
